Feather Merchant for Sidi Items (Assers) has incomplete inventory

The Feather merchant for Caer Sidi (Asser + Asser's Helper) seems to miss several pieces if the intent is to make available all complete sidi sets.

Status done for: -Chest- -Leggings- -Sleeves- -Gloves- -Boots- -Head-
most important to be available is the left side: chest, sleeves and leggings
