For guild rank with OC HEAR & OC SPEAR OFF.
The officer motd is hided in chat window (when login or with "/gc info"
but it is still displayed in social window.
1/ create a guild
2/ Change officer motd.
3/ check rank 9 OCHEAR and OCSPEAK off.
4/ join a guild with another char.
5/ logoff logback. No officer motd in chat windows. But you can see it in social window.
