Effective DPS display error?

I just hit rr5 and checked the effective DPS of my weapons. Offhand is Masterpiece from galladoria with 100%con and the Effective dps says 16.1 instead of 16.5, the Mainhand crafted 99%qual 100%con says 16.0 instead of 16.2 or 16.3. Haven't tested the damage to see if there is a difference and if it is just a display error.
