Door in Jordheim crafter lower forge closed

The door that leads to the crafters near the lower forge in Jordheim has closed and cannot be opened. I went to my armorcraft trainer (800) and finished skilling up at the upper forge. I then went back down to the lower forge crafters and the door was closed! I cannot open the door and cannot enter the building of the crafters. I relogged back into the game (simple quit to character screen and back to the character) and the door was open again.

It happened again, just by alt-tabbing back to this bug report forum and back to the game, the door was closed again. Someone inside came out and the door opened, I went inside the building, alt-tabbed out of the game, alt-tabbed back to the game and the door was closed again behind me. It appears alt-tabbing is causing the problem with this door.
