To make it fair for those realms having not a sneak speeder Minstrel, it would be nice to enable sneak while and after took a flag for 1 minute.

disable sneak, not enable

but only if my minstrel will have 3 purple pets (instant spawn) while not allowed to stealth

It is not planned to change that.
