Damage Add proc overrides casted Damage Add

The damage add proc from the Azure Eviscerator only lasts 30 seconds, but it will override (and cancel) a casted Damage Add from a Wizard or Theurgist. Please make these co-exist without stacking like Paladin and Cleric spec AF so that we don't lose a much longer buff if this weapon procs.
