Damage Add

Damage add Skaldsong 7.5 dps hits dummy for arround 27-30 damage
Damage add 11.1 dps from charge item hits dummy for arround 11-25 damage, less then skald song and much more jumping damage value.
Both together hit dummy for once 15, once 10 damage (both halfed it seems).
Anger of the Gods dos nothing (here we have a ticket, but maybe combine with this general damage add problem here).

my weapon. 3.2 speed hammer, QUI:73

Damage should stack full amount, or highest damage add full, other damage add halfed, to benefit from more then 1 damage add.
The 11.1. dps charge should not jump in damage so much and hit for more damage overall.

I also noticed this huge variance in dps adds, Aren't dps add buffs supposed to be constant dmg strictly based off of the characters effective swing speed? The same way that dps shields are calculated off of enemy swing speed. Seems wrong to me as well.
