Crit Shot timer

Re-work stated you could crit shot a target regardless if action once every 15 seconds. Right now I can crit-shot someone then run up, slam them and crit them again inside this 15 second window. I can not slam a target and crit shot it twice however. Only Crit shot , melee stun, crit again inside 15 seconds.
