Creating a "last name" does not display cost

Hello.

I created a last name and that worked just fine, but when I accepted the last name, I was not first told how much gold it would cost and if I was willing to accept the fees (this is how it is working on live). Instead it just took an amount of gold unknown to me and gave me my last name.

Small bug but worth reporting.
