Crafting Secondary skills go up even if Primary doesnt: New today Saturday 14 July

I'm a Weaponcrafter with WC skills in the 500s but my Metalworking is over 1000!. This is an issue, because It allows crafters to get their salvage skill up very cheaply and quickly. Today I gain secondary skills on 100% of the items I craft.

I can confirm this with Armorcrafting as well.

Noticed this too , primary skills going up kinda slow but the secondary is going up fast.
