Doing weaponcrafting in midgard and visited trainer to get to 200. Steel recipes did not show up until making another item and skilling to 201.
Did a little further testin on Alchemy. Seems that when you go to trainer to get you x00th point it doesn't actually register until you create another item. When you visit trainer they state you get x00, but your skill does not reflect it and it stays at x99.
Same with moving to 300 and alloy
