[Crafting - Mid] Reaching a new 100's doesn't give the last point

Noticed this after the last patch, when reaching the end of a tier (499 to 500, 599 to 600, etc) when you talk to your craft Master, they say they promoted you to the next tier but the craft itself doesn't increase, you don't get the last point.

In this case, has been happening with Armorcraft.

Same thing on Hib for my Ranger Fletcher and my Bard Alchemist. You have to log off and back on to trigger the actual bump from x99 to the next hundred. It's been 2-3 days since I did any crafting skill ups, so not sure if this is still happening or not.
