Crafted Alch weapon procs are setting level requirement wrong in item delve

Crafting a level 47 proc and putting it on a level 50 item makes the proc show a level 50 requirement. Crafting a level 47 proc and putting it on a level 41 item makes the proc show a level 41 requirement. Crafting a level 30 proc and putting on a level 41 item makes the proc show a level 41 requirement and so on...

The applied procs still fire at the appropriate levels, the level 50 proc on 41 bow didnt fire at lvl34, and the level 30 proc on 41 bow fired at lvl 34.

The delve info makes it confusing though.
