CRAFT and REPAIR keys not working

Hello. I’m a Legenday armorer, tailor, weapon and spellcrafter. I can create armor, weapons and gems but I can’t put (craft) gems on any kind of crafted items. Also I noticed I can only use Info and Salvage keys and not the Repair or Craft ones that remains write in yellow and not clickable.
Can you please help?
