Constant client lock up and usually LD afterwards

Ever since Tuesday's patch, I've been getting a lot of client freeze ups. They last anywhere from 5 -30 seconds, and after lockups longer than about 10 seconds, I go LD. I've experienced this on two different machines with vastly different hardware and versions of Windows. I was not having this happen prior to the patch
