Conquer and Sledgehammer wrong grow rate

i tested several time conquer and sledge hammer with my skald on cocatrice and they do exactly same damage, conquer have 0.719 and sledgehammer have 0.916

I tested this as well. 50 rr5 war had conquer consistently hit for 1 more damage than sledgehammer.
