Confirmation on which soulshade items are in game - 25% enchant or 35%

The soulshade dagger and stiletto was on i50 merchant but don't recall if it was the 25% or 35% enchanted bonus. The original DF drops were

but they were overhauled to

Which is correct for Phoenix?

i tested this too and it seems only the hib version had the 25% bonus all other realms had the 35% tag . after reasearch i couldnt find anything saying different . if they got overhauled this could be the issue
