ISSUE:
The RA called Concentration (15 minute re-use timer, resets the quickcast skill one time) does not work. The timer goes on a 15 minute cooldown when it is pressed, but there is no effect on the quickcast ability.

SOLUTION:
The quickcast ability should be reset once the Concentration RA is used.
