Combining in Vaults doesnt work

Can not combine anything in the account vault, have to move them into your inv then combine and put back. For instance 14 tinders and 3 tinders in account vault wouldnt combine, moved them to my inv and combined to 17 to put back in account vault, same with alchemy item drops
