Character Creation

I created 9 toons on Mid, When trying to create the 10th, it took me like 10 tries. I would select empty slot, and create new race and class, it was a Kobold Spirit Master. I wrote it off as fixed. But now I have tried to create toons on both hib and alb like 30 times and it always lets me get to the very last step that creates and adds the toon to the list. At that point, it tries to load but goes to the camelot background with the note at top left screen that says "An error has occurred and you were unable to connect. Hit escape to exit game" The combo most tried has been Lurikeen Ranger
