I cannot use the Primal ring of Fire as ns and the item have 0 classe restriction

I concur this. I cannot use the Primal Ring of Fire. Everytime I go to equip it, I get a message stating "Your class cannot use this item" ….. Yet the item does NOT state any class specific's on it at all. My current class is a Druid on Hibernia.
