Can't login to web app

I'm trying to login to the web app using my login, password and pin from the /webapp pin command. There's an error message saying "Login failed" every time. I made sure everything is spelled correctly, even copy & pasted my login and password. It must be correct since I was able to post this bug description. I'm logged in into the game.

I tried using Internet Explorer & Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome, no chance so far.

Captain do you also have trouble with the in game market? I can't see anything here either.
