The Teleporter inside the faction town of Caldey is not intractable, therefore you can't port back to Diogel nor to Inishail Island.

I am friendly with the Lamia.
NPC named Nimea in Clifton.

Also I swam all the way to Inishail, went to the town and there's no gryphon npc there, nor a teleporter, which may be the reason you can't fly tehre if there's no destination.
