Caldey + dales of devwy missing xp loot

maybe their dropchances are really low but after farming for hours i havent seen a single xp loot item from:

-Crafted Guardian http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=4521
-Corpse Delver http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=4947
-Corpse Mold/Haunted Rowan http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=4948 / http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=5574

i didnt try the phantom magi but maybe thats not all thats missing.

additionally the river in caldey is completely empty while it should be packed with mobs
