The spirit spec pet recycling is not giving the proper amount of mana back. I've made sure it had nothing to do with the lack of a focus staff.

True, using the spell `Convert Spirit` and cycling between `Convert Spirit` and `Amber Simulacrum` should make you regen all your mana bar in roughly 4 cycles, but it actually does nothing, no regen at all.

I can't reproduce this bug with a level 50 cabby. I get full power back from almost no power in 4 cycles as is described here

Closing this out, looks to be working - tried at different level ranges and recycling the amber sim is giving back power.
