BWCA are supposed to drop these 35 to 39 xp items but they are grey at 35

After an hour of farming the bwcas on the road, I never got a single tooth. I think the googledoc might be wrong as I did get drops from the angry bwcas just north of the road, and at the southern camp near the arawnites.
