Bonedancer lvl 15 commander pet doesn't taunt.

I've noticed the lvl 1 bonedancer commander taunts like crazy, every pull within seconds. The level 15 commander never taunts and never holds aggro, making the lvl 1 Commander with no sub pets superior for any BD not using suppression to level. I don't know if the 30 or 45 commander taunts as I haven't reached that high yet.
