The exact verbiage of the discord bot help text is as follows:
The following BGs are implemented:
20-24 - Thidranki - max 3LO
25-29 - Abermenai - max 3L5
30-34 - Caledonia - max 4L0
35-39 - Cathal Valley - max 4L5
This information, however, is incorrect. 3L0 is not the max for Thidranki, nor is 3L5 the max for Abermenai, and so forth. The actual max is 1 L level lower than currently listed. For example, Thidranki max is 2L9 and you are kicked out at 3L0, Abermenai max is 3L4 and you are kicked out at 3L5, etc.
This off-by-one publication is confusing for players who are constantly asking in-game what the caps for Thidranki are, and one must explain that the cap is 2L9 and out at 3L0, which doesn't quite align with what disco bot reports, nor what is on the wiki.
While it would be awesome if the Thidranki Max could actually be raised one more LL to reify the disco-bot information, an acceptable and prolly easier solution would be just to change the disco bot message to show the correct Max RRL values (i.e. 2L9, 3L4, 3L9, and 4L4 respectively).
