bard amnesia not working 100% of the time against players

the bard amnesia is currently bugged, it should amnesiaa the spell 100% of the time as long as you amnesia before the spell end. for some reason, sometimes you amnesia someone, and the spell still land (amnesia didnt resist obviously)

we tried to make it happen in duel without succes.. i've spoke with others bards with the same trouble

It might be a a certain type of spell. Could you tell us what spell is landing through amnesia?

happened on root a lot from both sorc & shaman, can't tell if it happened on mezz but i would guess it mostly came from CC

looks like root / snare is not setup to be affected by amnesia
