Looks like this is kind of working correctly but has a weird interaction with our auto pickup / loot range. By default autosplit off should not split, whoever picks it up gets it but due to how our auto pickup works the last member in range is usually the one to do the picking.
Due to this being a rather fringe usage and unclear interactions with auto pickup I'll remove the autosplit options entirely. If someone can bring a good argument to reintroduce it, please do :p
