The Svartalf named of Arild doesn't drop it's full list of drops, or has a far too low percentage chance for them to drop. I have now killed him approximately 60, if not more, over the last 2 days and he has dropped either RoG's and coins, just coins, or on rare occurrence a "Ring of the Cleaver" with approximately 8% chance (5 rings over 60 kills) but no sighting of any of it's other loot for this patch level time period. Loot it should be dropping as below in addition to the Ring of the Cleaver:
Cloak of Elemental Buffering (8 hits, 7% cold, 7% heat, 7% matter)
Gauntlets of the Bloodwolf (Studded, af84, 19 quickness)
Greater Necklace of Obstruction (8 hits, 7% crush, 7% slash, 7% thrust. 75 point af charge buff 10 charges)
Greater Obstruction Ring (4 shield, 4% crush, 4% slash, 5T thrust, 75 point af charge buff 10 charges)
Jade Moonshone Cloak (6 constitution, 4% slash, 4% crush, 12% cold)
Leggings of the Bloodwolf (studded, af98, 7 dex, 30 hits)
Vest of the Bloodwolf (studded, af98, 10 quick, 42 hits)
