Archery bow range distance.

Bow range is seems bugged on hills or vs target at hills. When enemy is up on hill you need to come very close to him to be able to shot him, similar goes with user is on hill and enemy is down.

Test(User is on hill, targeting hib hastener):
1)Used groundtarget which was set to 2100 distance,
2)Aimed bow and prepare to shot,
3)Got message that target is in range,
4)Oh wait you got trolled and target is too far away

Archery distance checks have been fixed. Increased range when shooting from higher elevation and decreased range when shooting from lower elevation is intended.
