Arawnite shamaness (or buff mobs in general) doesn't check for existing buffs.

Arawnite Shamaness (buff pet from Albion, available outside Snowdonia Fortress and Lyonesse) doesn't seem to be checking if buff exists and will re-cast Armor factor buff non stop (roughly every 8-10 seconds).

shamaness are still bugged, they spam buffs over and over.

can't reproduce, appears to be fixed. Please report specific mobs and which buff they buff over and over, some buffs may or may not still exhibit this behavior.
