Either have 2 types of anonymous where people can choose to be 'online' to guild members, or make it default that /anon will keep you visible to guildmates. Or allow Rank 0's to see guild members regardless of /anon status. Keeping track of stealther guildmates (for discussion, promotion, etc, etc) is near impossible with /anon masking them from their guild/GL.
