Alchemy skill 950 stat buff draughts missing

All stat buff draughts with required skill 950 are missing: http://apothecary.daoc-sites.info/reference_statbuffdraught.php

These seem to be located at lower ranks and require phoenix ash so I am not really sure if this is intended or not, but it makes leveling Alchemy from 900 to 1000 really expensive.
