Hello everyone,
the alchemy recipe "Stable Honing Arcanium Tincture", which is a DMG ADD charge, is currently not in the game. The earliest hint I found was from 2003, link below. I did, however, was not able to find any other source for its existence in the original 'Shrouded Isles' recipe list, and some recipes have been added later.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you may consider implementing it to Phoenix.
