Alchemy Pale Blue Unique Dyes merchant does not sell me prepared devil's bit when using the /craftqueue buy command

Buying from Lisel in Midgard Aegir using the craftqueue command for Pale Blue Unique Dyes the npc gives me only 3 of the 4 ingredients. The 4th ingredient is prepared devil's bit which is on page 2 of this npc.
