Aggro List not getting cleared after de-aggro

Mobs aggro list seems to stay after kiting and de-aggro

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Get a support and something else in grp
2.) Get an mob aggro with body pull (should be done by non support class)
3.) Let your support take aggro with some heals
4.) Kite and wait for deaggro (aggro should stay on support)
5.) let mob get back to his old spot
6.) body pull again

Mob runs straight to your support. Depending on the aggro before its hard to taunt off.
