Error reported when attempting to login to the game: Account not on file.
Error reported when attempting to change password: Account needs to be activated error.

Account name: DVC707
He has a level 45 armsman named: Menudo (I think his only character atm)
Was playing last night around 10pm PST.

Would someone mind looking into this when they get a sec?

If you are getting the message "error account not on file or invalid" when trying to log in, you have to confirm your account.

before you could just sign up on the forum and not confirm anything and login
