Account bonus rps after Cale kill

After killing a mid in Cale, Logged onto lvl 50 shroomer.. Message saying // Blah blah not unnoticed.. awarded RPs and feathers.. Logging on to other not 50 chars, it "appears" that they also received the realm points. But Not the feathers. Not positive, but I always train all my rp points when possible.. Will try it again and watch
