When entering into the dungeon Keltoi Fogou, you are placed at following loc: loc= 21924, 23042, 16522 dir=187 its facing the exit, and moving forward will lead you to exit the dungeon. simple fix change loc to: loc= 21924, 23042, 16522 dir=91 so only changing the direction part will fix this problem.
