Thidranki inner door broken

After Thidranki CK capture, the inner door becomes non-interactable preventing entering the keep. This was a legacy problem from Phoenix 1 once the Thid map was switched from new Thid back to old Thid. I think I filed a bug at the time because there was also a keep configuration change from 1 outer + 1 inner door to 2 outer doors.
