When attempting to create a new character, regardless of realm, I am greeted with the choice between male/female Briton, no class options, no descriptions, no other race options. Naturally, when I go through with an unused name and complete the process, the charcter slot is thankfully left blank
Urgent: Cannot create new characters.

This is a known issue. The problem occurs when you attempt to create a character after having played another character. The workaround is logging/quitting out of the game completely and restarting.
