I have observed that the flags of RvR tasks are still captured even if enemies are taking damage.
This leads to the situation in which they are then teleported when the flag changes to the neutral statue and lost from the target of people attacking them.
Is the capture being possible despite being attacked working as intended?
Can the neutral statue be replaced with a neutral flag that does not require the teleport to "unstuck" players?

PS: The "flag being captured despite damage" part is only really relevant because the teleport messes with targeting. If that was fixed it would not matter, but it is what causes the teleport to happen during combat.
