When you buy back your previously earned crafting skill levels the UI and Crafting skill does not update until you relog. Easy to reproduce:
- Get your main crafting skill of choice to unlock the crafting skill levels in the UI
- Buy 100 of a skill
- see the combat log show that you gained the levels
- the UI is not showing the new skill level and the crafting skill does not update to allow you to craft the items available to the new unlocked skill level.
- relog the character and then it shows correctly.
