Charge do not make u mezz immune (atleast not on Blademaster)

Minstrel could still mezz me even tho I had charged (sadly I didn't take a screenshot).

I believe this is working as intended, as the free ability is the OF Charge.

2018-11-06 Tuesday

changed the Realm Ability base patch level from 1.65 / old frontiers to the current live New New Frontiers. -- charge is gone as an RA, OF charge (free sprint) will for now remain as base ability for merc / bm
