+50 Focus Gem - Phoenix Freeshard

Spellcraft is missing, (Perfect Brilliant Sigil) +50 focus all lines.

Without this gem. I see no reason to sell/purchase a player crafted staff. Could you please add this item? Obviously ROG is better, but players do still request items with +50 focus

although I would love that gem... 3x 50 focus + 17% resist on a 99% staff...chars wearing cloth armor can still cap everything, so no need for the +50 to all focus gem

Every staff crafted should have +50 all focus just like any drop has it. Just because it would make some sense.
Now I doubt staves would sell so much better in that case. There are awesome ROGs and the dragon staff is a sweet option.

I could go either way, but my preference is how it is. It gives more value to feather items, as well as ROGS. I think demand should remain high in those two areas, as much of PVE content is built upon it.

Is there any caster that doesn't easily cap his temp weaponless with 99% cloth and a few ROGs that can be bought for sub-100g?

On Hibernia, yes you can cap weaponless for 20k feathers, 1p500 for the SC and 1p (or less) for the 99% armor.
The bill for the ROGs will not go above 1p I think and that means you were pretty unlucky with the ROGs you got while doing your last levels.

And I think Hibernia is one of the most expensive realm.

Anyway, a focus all 50 by default staff would still be nice

Just take a 35ish util rog staff. All u lose is a slot for the dd charge.

It's pretty easy to do a temp for casters in general on this server. I did my SM's weaponless so I can get a DD charge one from TG and go back to over with full focus.

My "full focus" staff is an MP level 26 staff with the 3 gems and +28 are and the d/q debuff. Since it's MP it has all 10 charges.

I'd say casters are fine without an all focus gem.
