Playing from the same house - Phoenix Freeshard

Hello,
here we are four friends who live together in the same house and wondered if it is possible to play on this server without having problems with multi-account ban.
Do we have to do something to prove it or simply just report?
Obviously we would like to play in the same realm.

Unless they recently changed something you don't have to do anything, besides everyone playing same realm and no "afk"-botting you're free to play. They might test you on whether or not you're actual people though, but if you're actually friends then that shouldn't be a problem.

I played together with my brother from the same household and never had any problems.

Just read the rules:

"If you are playing from the same household and one of you has to AFK for more than 10 minutes, make sure to log out of the game as you might get tested for dual logging. If, after 10 minutes, the test fails, the ban will be applied."

"If you play from the same household (example: husband and wife, father and son etc.) you must play the same realm. If you try to play different realms, it will be considered cross-realming."

i just got a ban yesterday and have never multiboxed once. created accounts for my kids who rarely play, and came to find that i was banned today. not sure why but sort of upset by it heh, just a game whatever but i'm tryin to have my night time smoke and chill time and i find out i'm banned

Would be nice if there was a way to register as such or something, because there was no cheating on my end, and i'm sure no ill will on admin / gm side of things but they tryin to enforce a policy... i get it.... but point is whatever method they are using, i was not even playing on the day i caught my ban, and i'm not sure the last time i logged in with either of my kids to play but someone must have matched up some IP's or something.

My account has 3 or 4 lvl 50's on mid, my kids have some level 2-4 chars in mid, but nothing that would be of any value to multi on... i dunno, still sort of butthurt... spose i'll take another puff and wait out my ban. my boys account may be toast tho.... not sure. looks like it got a permaban.

contact them on discord and you can figure it out, probably a false flgag
