Spear (Mid) ReSkin/Effects

I'd like to suggest that possibly a few more ReSkin options be available for spears on mid? There are currently 4 listed, and two of them are the same graphic (even titled the same "Troll Spear". Also, there are currently zero effect options available for spears, I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but it would be nice to have some options, like most (if not all) other weapons.

there are effects but they dont work with all skins.
you need the toa skin for effect
