Same for me. Just joined, did the 4 things (how to play on Phoenix), logged in, made a character and clicked play.... sound broke up then pop, desktop?

Running i7 3ghz, 16gb Ram, GTX 1060 6gb, and game running off a 1tb SSD.

Any help would be great thanks,

If you can make it to the character selection screen, try changing your resolution, and if you're using a custom ui, make sure it's one in teh approved list, if it's not there or the version is higher it may not be compatible and crash.

just delet everything and install again.
works for me!

Sorry I didnt realise that BOBSUI would be an issue. Removed that and it runs just fine

bob's UI work, but has to be a specific version that's listed in these forums. The latest version doesn't work.
